2007 March of Dimes Bikers for Babies
Yesterday I worked with the Harford County Amateur Radio Emergency Communications during the 2007 March of Dimes Bikers for Babies event. The ride covered 50 miles looping through Harford County, and started & ended at Ripken Stadium in Aberdeen, MD. I manned a safety checkpoint at Route 1 and Route 136 near Dublin, MD. The weather was beautiful and there were no problems - the public service event was a great success!

I also shot an amateur video (below) of the riders as they turned from Route 1 north onto Route 136 south. It is just over 5 minutes in length from the beginning to end of the procession. Click here to view the Bikers for Babies video!
